The most general aim of the projects is to establish conditions for the long-term development of economy in cross-border area by means of small harbour infrastructure modernisation and cross-border cooperation development. This development will be achieved by common sailing events organization of yachtclub in Elblag and Kaliningrad Region, including the City of Kaliningrad, by promoting the cooperation among the border areas of eastern border, and by promoting the creation and development of cooperation networks on both sides of the border.
