Successful Small Scale Manufacturing from Small Island Territories

Small island territories - small in size, big manufacturing potential : The project proposes a set of tools that demonstrate the possibilities and components of successful manufacturing enterprises on island territories. The production of a manual, based on case studies of island business activities, will help to draw up guidelines for potential entrepreneurs wanting to develop manufacturing activity on the islands. Further inter-island cooperation has been foreseen in the future. This project started in 2002 and lasted 36 months.
