Successful Innovator - Prosperous Business - Effective Innovation Practices for Modern EU SMEs Sector

SMEs provide over 100 million jobs in Europe. SMEs regard four factors as constituting equally important barriers to innovations: problems in access to finance, scarcity of skilled labour, a lack of market demand and the high cost of human resources. The main problem is, that the people are not educated in the field of innovation possibilities, innovation methods and techniques, that can help they radically to improve their qualification and jobs quality. The main aim of the project INNOBUSINESS is the 50% reduction of teaching time and 30% growth of innovation efficiency through the better knowledge and organization of innovation processes in SMEs. The people must be in SMEs as "successfull innovators and entrepreneurs by their own jobs. We want to offer for Slovak, Czech and German SMEs simple and effective tools for innovations. These tools will support the work of trainers - educators and people who apply knowledge of the innovation processes and systems (production staff, production managers, managers). The improvement of innovativeness is perceived in joining the tools that were previously separate into one package. The project joins traditional training materials like trainer´s and trainee´s handbooks with a physical model which reflects innovation process and innovation methods, the PP-presentations, e-learning and simulations. Project include 3 partners: (P0) IPA Slovakia Žilina, Slovakia, (P1) WOIS Institute Coburg, Germany, (P2) CPI, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, Czech.
