Overall objective of the project is to improve the quality of the cross-border cooperation in the Euroregion Niemen Area through contributing to a new instrument facilitating better preparation of the project for potential beneficiaries. Specific objective of the project is to appear and describe key factors, which influence on success or failure of the cross-border cooperation projects realizing within the European funds and to construct and propagate a new instrument of the project analysis in the form of control list of the project between potential beneficiaries of the projects.
