Studies and Job Perspectives for our Pupils

The final years in high school provide the basic orientations on future professional training and the aspired position. The project’s goal: The pupils shall systematically collect, analyse and compare their own ideas, the offers from outside institutions starting within the school and the regional level. Comparing the first own results with those of the partners - do we have comparable standards, where are the common interests within the diversity of the educational, professional as well economical tradition in Europe? Thereby the project is supporting pupils looking for their personal future. The principal intention of the project can only be realized by the partners within the europan cooperation, finally discussing the key benefits of the european frame towards higher education and job-finding. The tasks have to be efficiently structured in order to meet deadlines through optimized personal, financial and time management. The formation of teams and the allocation of duties between the european partners appear as a vital and permanent step. The projects' components are prepared, but have to be developed and operated by 250 pupils. The results of the project step by step: Democratic selection of all working groups on regional and coordinating level (reelection after the first year), creation of project's webside including necessary communication and PR channels, regular (public)booklets/reports about the next tasks and the respective results. Infoletters to all parties (education authorities, employment offices, newspapers etc.). The sustainability of the project is supported by the publication at the end of the project. The results will be transferred in a long-term study by one partner, Parvus-Archiv e.V, consulting and evaluating the project. With the help of our local communities, the support of several foundations and institutions (Europeans for Peace, dem bayerischen Jugendring, etc.) we have made shure for the coming years to have one annual meeting.
