The project "Students´ internships in England and Germany" enriched the vocational education with practice. It was organized by Obchodná akadémia, Kukučinova 2, Trnava as the sending organization and ADC college and WBS as partners´ organizations. It was funded under the action type is: VET learner and staff mobility in Erasmus+. Primary project´s aims were to: - increase the number of students who conduct the practice in an multicultural environment in foreign countries as the UK and Germany. - improve quality, proficiency and efectivity of the students´ mandatory practice - internships Secondary projects´ aims were to: - create the space for multicultural and bilingual working environment for the students studying at 4th and 5th grade at Obchodná akadémia, Trnava - prepare training activities of internships for the short-listed candidates - organize info workshops and seminars for the school and public in order to promote the interships´ learning outcomes, certificates, and Erasmus+ Number of the participants: 45 students and 3 accompanying persons Profile of the participants: the students of 4th and 5th grade at the bilingual and general study programme at Obchodná akadémia, Trnava Main activities: 2 - week internship (14 days ) in England provided for 30 students of 4th and 5th grade at the bilingual and general study programme 2- week internship (14 days) in Germany provided for 15 students of 4th and 5th grade at the bilingual study programme 1st flow - (24/01 - 06/02/2016), 15 mobilities sent to England and 15 mobilities sent to Germany 2nd flow - ( 07/02 - 20/02/2016), 15 mobilities sent to England Methodology: internship, workshops, seminars, discussions, presentations, one-to-one meetings, štatistics Project´s outcomes and impact envisaged: 1) improved skills for leading positions (managers and leading staff of the school) 2) educational process enriched by practice and real gained of language speaking competences 3) increase in the number of lessons aimed at creativity, enterpreneurship and innovation 4) increase of the european awareness, equity, active citizenship and sensitivity to multiculutural environment 5) increase in the number of employed graduates after the graduation 6) bigger interest in VET Potentional longer benefits: - good school profile and prestige - bigger interest in our graduates by companies and firms on the EU labour market
