The project develops the social environment of education units by emphasising the integration of pupils requiring special attention into the normal school life, and by emphasising the themes of pupil welfare. Activities include training and development seminars for school employees and municipal authorities, as well as partner school activities (incl. Swedish speaking schools in Finland and Russian speaking schools in Estonia). Target areas: Vantaa (Uusimaa, Finland) and City of JГµhvi and County of Ida-Viru (Estonia)
