The experimental Part-time Education with its distinct approach and its emphasis on field-effect around skills and attitudes has a unique way of education. We strive for the maximum possible qualified outflow and expect from every pupil full-time-commitment. (= 2 days schools, 3 days work) The students are already faced with work and his demands 3 days a week. That way us teachers of the training of business management and operator have notion of the needs of the workfield. But entrepreneurship is an ever-evolving activity. Due to this ever-changing situation we need to adapt the current course and to lead our students towards more entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial employees. So we need our training courses ‘business administration’ and ‘operator’ to havea more updatedentrepreneurial focus ..In order to respond to changing demand from the field, namely work experience and the right attitudes, it is important for teachers to keep abreast of the latest developments regarding entrepreneurship. During working visits, we have observed that employers are focusing increasingly on these attitudes and skills.Since globalization, the economical world of today is no longer a national / regional matter. We must turn our gaze to international training courses. With the course "Teaching Entrepreneurship in Schools: Experiential approach" we as a school / teachers tailored to the students and adapted to the needs of the economic world of today and the future. We want to continue to look for better ways to bring qualified students to the labor market so they have a higher likelihood of employment. We want to increase these opportunities by teaching them the proper work attitudes and turning them into entrepreneurial employees. So we want to make sure that more of them choose to be entrepreneurs. Even if they don’t want to take that step, we'll still give them enough experience so that they will find their way as entrepreneurial employee.
