Background: - Experiences showed that successful learning for students is only possible when teachers without university training learn, speak and practice English language by stay abroad, absolving continuation courses for getting discursive skills by native speakers, - get new teaching methods- getting social connections and improvement with colleagues personally or by eTwinning, - knowledge of British culture and English languageProject targets: - improve and enhance methodological expertise in the teaching of English to teenagers, - boost the teachers confidence in teaching English as a foreign language,- enhance discursive skills, - update vocabulary and gain new ideas and materials for use in the classroom, - debate current issues and to (re)discover contempory British personalities, - improve competence and performance in English, - speaking English as much as possible in social situations and on cultural excursions, - develop cultural awareness and understanding of contemporary Britain, Participant: - starting with a highly engaged teacher without universitary skills, teaching English as a foreign language in classroom- gaining new ideas an competence by stay abroadActivities: - Training courses daily in small groups with qualified native-speaker teachers at a cerificated school for language, - taking part in social situations and cultural excursions, - communication in English as much as possible, Results, effects: - enhance methodological expertise in the teaching of English to teenagers and young adults, - enhance participants discursive skills, - revisit and update lexical and grammatical skills and boots confidence, - to use Internet and other ICT resources in class, - share experience and ideas with colleagues from other European regions, - in further times spend some time in other Secondary Schools, interact with staff and share good practice, - learning beetween schools, cooperative language teachinglong-term use: - getting a better struction for teaching English in classes 5 and 6, - establishing working groups for better transformation and use in classroom- active participation by providing English tasks in preparations for examinations and stay abroads
