Strengthening of communication relations between the blind in cross-border region

The objective is to reduce the isolation of blind people in target area (Chernivtsi oblast, Suceava county and Chisinau city) by creation of technical base and favorable conditions for communication, trainings, job search and cultural exchanges for the blind through the borders. Expected Results: Improved access to information including the Internet, audio books and printed literature for blind people in Chernivtsi oblast, Suceava county and Chisinau city; equipped computer classes in Chernivtsi, Chisinau and Suceava; blind people gained new skills and capabilities and brought out of their isolation; strengthened communicational network between blind people in target area; involved blind people from Romania and the Republic of Moldova into Ukrainian traditional festival «The Bukovina Patterns».
