34 young French, Czechs, Hungarians, Germans, English 14 to 17 years are found in Tourlaville (France-Basse Normandie) from 22 to 31 July 2015 around Urban Culture.
As such, the youth will:
- An introduction to urban practices (urban snow sports, hip hop dance, street art)
- Organizing a festive event in Tourlaville to promote Urban Culture (organization of a hip hop battle, introduction to urban practices for children and youth in the Greater Cherbourg, demos and graff initiation, exposure graff achievements created by youth exchange, organization of a forum discussion with residents sharing of public space within the urban practices ...)
- Organize intercultural and intergenerational festive evening on the accommodation facility intended for senior retirement home on Phare d'Argent.
- Organize a festive event in the district of Eglantines (HLM neighborhood consisting of families in social and economic difficulties, and where will be located the place of daily meeting of the European group).
To carry out these activities, the organizers will be based on the techniques of non-formal education (outside school activities, official recognition of acquired by issuing the Youthpass educational aim).
Expected impacts and results:
This project should promote Erasmus + with locals, young people and their families, institutional organizations and associations. Tell as many opportunities for citizens in the program, enabling young participants to develop skills and enhance them with future employers or as part of their studies to integrate a school.
During the exchange, it is also possible to animate the territory by offering festive and dynamic actions.
