-The participants of the project are students and graduates of universities in Olsztyn (80 people). They will take part in the project, whose main theme is entrepreneurship and creativity in gaining experience with the first job. In connection with the planned activities and students' desire to improve the situation on the labor market have set the following overall objective of the project: Increased employability of students and graduates of universities in Olsztyn during the period from 01 September 2012 to 31 August 2013 planned activities are divided into two cycles, which in turn are divided into concrete actions. The first cycle is scheduled competition for the innovative idea of ​​your own business, along with training in the field of setting up their own business and writing a business plan, as well as a trip to a business incubator, consultation with an expert business idea evaluation and issue pamphlets "student-entrepreneur - local comic book heroes ". The second series of "First job = experience = success" implies a competition for the best CV, in which 30 winners will take part in trips to AISEC and OHP and participation in internships in NGOs. After graduating from participation in the project, participants will have a high entrepreneurial attitude and first experience in professional work in NGOs, as well as knowledge of setting up their own business, writing business plans, create your resume.
