The project we are presenting will last for 24 months. During this time we will carry out several exchanges. Regarding our students, we expect to make 4 exchanges as listed below: • One flow of students is bound for Italy to undertake a work placement for the duration of 3 months. The anticipated start date for these exchanges is estimated between late 2015 and early 2016. • One flow of students is bound for France to undertake a work placement for the duration of 3 months. The anticipated start date for these exchanges is estimated between late 2015 and early 2016. • One flow of students is bound for Italy to undertake a work placement for the duration of 3 months. The anticipated start date for these exchanges is estimated between late 2016 and early 2017. • One flow of students is bound for France to undertake a work placement for the duration of 3 months. The anticipated start date for these exchanges is estimated between late 2016 and early 2017. Regarding the staff of CSHM we also foresee four exchanges, specified below: • One professor and one staff member of the international department will stay at the AFP in Italy for the duration of 5 days for the following purposes: the professor will observe the different teaching methods used at AFP. He or she will attend classes and meet with the school faculty professor to analyse the various possibilities of introducing new teaching methods in our centre to reduce the dropout rate. The staff member of the international department will give verbal support during the meetings with the school faculty. Secondly, he or she will meet with the staff that manages the European projects to exchanges views and ways or managing these projects. Furthermore, the staff member will make preparatory visits to partner destinations to find out how they feel about our selected parameter, which will be indicated beforehand. The representative of the CSHM faculty staff will observe and meet with the staff of both partners to identify new techniques, tools and methodologies to improve the way of teaching at our centre. The first two exchanges will take place between late 2015 and early 2016. The final two staff exchanges will take place in between 2016 and 2017. The main objective of these exchanges will be the extensions of hotel knowledge, improvement of the used techniques, the discovery of different cultures and their related offers regarding gastronomy and hospitality. The expected results are a better employability in the labour market, promotion of the exchange of qualified personnel within Europe, the elimination of linguistic and cultural barriers and, finally, to facilitate integration and eliminate any kind of discrimination. The expected impact of the project on the participants is an improvement of the academic results throughout the duration of each flow. With the achievement of this projectthe students will obtain the Europass Certificate Supplement, an European Skills Passport in which are described the knowledge, the skills and the competences acquired by every single participant. One of the main goals of our project is the job integration in the European Market and theMobility of future specialists in the Hotel Industry. With this goal, we are fully aware of the huge importance of this document as a complement to their academic and professional training in order to simplify the futher inclusion of the participants to the project in both business and institutions of different countries.
