European Voluntary Servise project - Step Forward is directed to people, who want to gain new competences and preare themselved to be active on the labour market in the future. Activities in this project are mainly concentrated around working with children, learining pedagogy methods i creating a plan of work with children, which will influence on their develpment. The activities undertaken within this project are also aiming to put up activities and initiatives in local societies, which are concerned to be social excluded. The target group of the volunteer's activities is also youth, who will have chance to take part in workshops of youth information led by volunteers participating in this project. The other activities concern around the subject of cultural heritage, where will be organized open workhops about Lublin's hostory. Moreover there are forseen activities which will be promoting human rights and women's equality by organinizng open meetings and workshops for particular target groups. In the project will take part 6 volunteers from Spain, Georgia, Germany and Azerbejian. Participants will volunteer in 4 organization from Lublin and Lublin's district. The activities will be from 1st September 2015 to the end of October 2016. During this time volunteers will be realizing main mission of the project, which is integration with local community, influence on their attitude of openess, tolerance and respect towards different cultures. They will be also promoting values which are effect of active citizenship. The main benefits of the project is development of volunteers in the fields, which will be valuable, while encountering labour market. Volunteers will receive experience which will be specified due to their field of interest. This will influence to the quality of the results which could be used by them in the future life.
