The project is focused on raising a broadly defined professional skills of the participants and prepare them for adult life.The objectives of the project are to enable for the participants - through the internships completion- acquiring new professional and language skills, increase their personal competences, knowledge of the history, culture and traditions of the host country. These objectives are in line with the targets of the Erasmus + Program listed in the Guide:- Will contribute to raising the level of key competencies and skills to match labor market needs;- Contribute to improving foreign language skills and promote linguistic and cultural diversity in the EU;- Broaden the international dimension of training and education.Expected outcomes of the project are:- Gaining new qualifications and widening existing ones which increase participants chances on the labor market;- Improving language skills- Undergoing by the participants pedagogic-language-culture preparation classes;- Receiving by the participants Europass Mobility documentes;- Receiving by the participants certificates of language course completion;- Receiving by the participants internship certificates;- Developing abilities of using information and communication technologies;- Increasing the chances of participants on labor market - at national and European level;- Increasing the professional and personal aspirations;- Increasing motivation to continue learning;- Increasing discipline, sense of duty and self-reliance;- Gaining by staff the experience necessary to implement new projects;- Raising the prestige and attractiveness of the school.The project participants will be students of secondary technical and vocational school of the following specializations: IT specialist technician, automotive technician, mechanics technician, advertiseement organization technician, techniques,geodesy technician, hairdressing technician - a total of 80 people, divided into 4 groups.Implementation of the project will start with promotional campaign, then recruitment process will be conducted. After its completion internship preparation classes will be held, and then participants will depart for a three-week long internships in Portugal and Italy.At the project we will use methodology created in previous projectst, based on a clear division workers tasks and the principle of headmasters continuous supervision over all project activities. From the first phase (development of projects objectives) to the last (dissemination and closure of the project) documentation will be collected and the project teamwill have clearly defined responsibilities of employees.Through improvement of professional and language skills as well as improving personal competencies, participants will be valuable and appreciated employees after graduating; while employing them companies will become competitive on the market also because of the knowledge and experience of those young workers. This way, the project will have a positive impact on the market position of participants employers.
