Stanisław Staszic Vocational and General Secondary Education School Complex with Integrated Classes in Białystok (ZSTiO) and EuroPartnership Agency Ltd. (EuroPA) take part in Erasmus+ Programme. Beneficiaries will be pupils of different professions: IT technician, hotel industry technician and tourist service technician. They will go for two- week teaching practice and they will participate in vocational training in modern companies of IT, accomodation and tourism industry. The aim of participating in Erasmus+ Programme is to enable ZSTiO pupils to use specialist equipment and give them access to the most modern technologies and technical devices. It is also to broaden knowledge in accomodation and tourism industry i.e. customer service and organization of tours. Participation in this programme will allow pupils to know savoir-vivre, particularly in professional contacts and business ethics. They will also achieve the experience in such areas as: teamwork, management of work time and professional customer service in English. Knowledge of principles of foreign companies should contribute to increase mobility of beneficiaries and market activity. It can be the basis to run their own business in the future. Implementation of the programme is not only to enhance pupils vocational qualifications but also to intense quality of classes conducted in ZSTiO. It will be also essential for beneficiaries to improve foreign language competences. English is the language of communication in the programme so therefore pupils will have chance to be more fluent and gain deep understanding of technician ideas. Programme predicts publication of placement results and distributing them in public. Participation in this programme will be confirmed by proper certificates.
