Two essential aspects of the project are a) cooperation within a team and b) completing set tasks within a time-limit under a strict system of quality-control.These apprenticeships will enable our students to gain work experience in the German car industry, servicing workstations and in the electrical and electronics industries, thereby gaining useful knowledge of modern ecological technology. This can in turn be used to influence changes in the assembly and construction of new vehicles.A programme of Vocational Education Training for college staff is scheduled for a period of 8 days between the 12th & 19th of August 2017 and 10 professional teachers will participate. The teachers for Electrical and Electronic Engineering will observe work and lessons at both the Technology & Education Centre and the Skoda Education Centre in Borsdorf. The teachers for Mechanical Engineering will observe work and lessons at both the Educational & Practice Centre ZAW GmbH in Lipsk and the Skoda Education Centre in Borsdorf.
