The main task is preparing future young craftsmen, technicians, and entepreneurs for newly formed employment market within EU, increase of adaptability for different working environment and development of vocational – methodical and language knowledge as well as personal and social competences. Further professional development of students and apprentices of member countries EU is inevitable to ensure this target because they meet new standards, working techniques and processes, technologies, technical establishment and work safety. The project is important because the similar project is handed over at the same time by the receiving organizations in their countries. The mobility will take place in the Slovak Republic – Istebné from 8th April to 29th April 2015, in Spojená škola in Ivanka pri Dunaji (Integrated Shool in Ivanka upon Dunaj) from 17th September to 1th October 2014 for agriculture, from 1th October to 15th October 2014 for horse breeding, from 7nd April to 21th April 2015 for the branch cynology, in Richard-von-Weizsacker-Berufskolleg in Germany from 26st August to 23th September 2014 for branches car-repairing and agriculture. Receiving organization will provide accomodation, boarding and workload during the whole time of the stay. Working hours will be at least 6 hours a day. Our school and also our partners have experience in establishment in short term attachments abroad. The project also enables to intensify cooperation between participants from member countries of EU mentioned above. They come across new standards, working processes, technologies and technical equipment. Short term attachments in Slovakia are especially important (unique in EU), about 75 per cent of apprentices take part in them, there isn´t also largely problem of language barriers .
