Zespół Szkół Technicznych w Szczecinku in collaboration with: euroMind Projects in Sevilla (ES), Azienda Agricola Piante Tesi in Toscana (IT ) and Celei, Education Internacional in Granada (ES) has prepared the transnational mobility project for 34 trainees of our school, including 16 trainees from the removable energy and servicing department, 12 from landscaping department and 6 from wood technology department.Our project aims at organizing transnational mobilities in companies, that will allow its participants to gain new skills, competences and know-how in chosen subjects, develop their linguistic competences (especially within English vocational language) and intercultural awareness, getting to know the methods of collaboration and communication in transnational teamsWithin the realisation of the project participants will be selected within the open selection process and will undertake a preparatory pedagogical, linguistic and cultural programme after which they will go to the 2-week-long mobility exchanges at the hosting organisations, implement the disseminative programme and undertake the evaluation of the project. The results of the projects will be later implemented into the daily routine of teaching and training in our school and Vocational Training Centre, which will ensure the durability of the of the project and the usage of its best practices.The hard results are planned as follows: 34 implemented foreign mobilities, 34 certificates of the implemented preparatory programme, 34 certificates of attendance in foreign mobilities and 34 Europass Mobilities, didactical movie within the project’ implementation and project’ blog that will present project’ activities and the relations of its participants.Soft results of the project are planned as following : measurable increase of the skills and competences of its participants, strenghtening the linguistic and cultural competences as well as developing skills and competences in transnational teams.Following working methods will be used within the project: PowerPoint presentation, excercises, discussions, programming, project method, didactical games, production activities, peer-to-peer education, methods of presentation, etc.Project will be implemented in Szczecinek and partner organisations from for 24 calendar months.
