A rapidly changing economical reality has an urgent need of preparing young people to become highly qualified specialists of a modern economical market. Our project of Mobility involves organising foreign vocational trainings for students and teachers of our school.Three 16-member students groups will be formed: group 1 will consist of students who are learning the profession of IT technician and group 2 will consist of Logistics technicians and group 3 of economist technicians. The vocational training of these groups will take place in Germany. The partner of this project is the F+U Saxony gGmbH which will make every effort to fulfil the project tasks at the highest level.The main goals of the project are:- to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education at school,- to gain practical skills at the Europian level,- to use the newest IT technologies during the education,- to improve language communicative skills in German in vocational aspect,- to amend the attraktiveness of vocational education by learning about the cultural heritage of Germany,- to make chance of finding employability of the Polish youth in Europian Labour market.The educational Programme of Vocational Trainings for the economists consists of the following points:- practical improvement of German language,- learning how to register a company in Germany,- seeing how German firm works in internal and external surroundings,- seeing commercial dokumentation, employment policy, marketing activity of the company in conditions of market economy.All vocational trainings will take place in the premises of the F+U Saxony gGmbH. Additionally, sparring partner will organise some visits to other German companies. Every participant of this project will be able to work out his/her own project, titled "My firm" written in German language and prepare a career portfolio of chosen job which can be doneby the economists in Germany.The German partner will organise special trainings for IT students. The participants will gain some new skills in the field of organising work of IT technicians. They will be able to test service IT equipment, learn more about computing and computer software.They will be educated to communicate fluently in German language too.Using their knowledge they will be able to work out a website, which will be promoting this project, as well as some commercial leaflets or fliers. Besides that they will prepare a multimedia presentation, titled "Foreign Training period is a professional start on the job market".The professions of logistians and freight forwarders are becoming very important nowadays and in the near future. Taking it into account, the students will be able to see some technical documentation and computer programmes, which are often used in shipping. They will also learn about some new methods of working in this branch, communication and transport systems, shipping. They are going to learn about the principles of servicing of warehouses and costumers. Their beneficial effects will be the algorithm, draft proceedings of Logistics technician since ordering till delivery fulfilment. What is more, the students will be forming a business German dictionary during their stay in Germany. This vocational dictionary will be published and popularised among the students of our school.Taking part in this project will be a perfect opportunity for our students to learn more about the economical situation of foreign countries and teach the students how to be independent in a new surrounding. At the end, the students will be given The Europass Mobility document and some special certificates by our school, in order to confirm their participation in the project.
