The main aim of the project is to develop abilities, language skills, and professional competences of 30 students of the Complex of Schools of Economics in Zawiercie in order to broaden their personal development potential and increase their chances to find jobs in the future.The project includes foreign traineeships for 30 students and two teachers between 21st August 2016 and 17th September 2016Before the mobility the students will get a significant language, cultural and pedagogical support. The mobility is organized for students that specialize to be economic technicians, hotel services technicians, tourist services technicians and advertising technicians.The participation in the project will improve the students' ability to use English and German effectively and fluently in everyday situations in natural work environments. Learning professional foreign language will play an important role in the students' apprenticeships carried out in real businesses. During the mobility the students will have a chance to learn about the history and cultural heritage of the country they are visiting, what is more, they will learn to communicate with native speakers. Such foreign apprenticeship is a wonderful opportunity for the students to prove themselves and acquire more experience on the very competitive work markets. This mobility will enable them to learn how German companies work, learn about the specific working and organizational cultures, how people react in the real life market economy. They will also get the know-how of using modern computer technologies and innovative equipment. Finally, the students will be able to practice their language skills and learn how work in teams and adopt to it. They will acquire new knowledge and skills that suit their careers in a very practical way. The methodology that will be used in this project base on the active participation and learning from doing. The Complex of Schools of Economics in Zawiercie will disseminate the outcomes of the project to spread the acquired knowledge and experience and will use them in the every-day school work. Through the dissemination we would like to show the results and products of the project. First we shall concentrate on the basic facts:- taking part in a foreign traineeships by 30 students,- acquiring certificates proving the foreign mobility by 30 students- receiving the Mobility Pass certificates - beginning cooperation with a foreign partner in the VET (Vocational Education and Training)We also anticipate that our school will be changed by this project and that we will gain certain new qualities, such as:- improving the qualifications, expertise, experience and work skills by the participating students - developing the language skills- strengthen the personal competences, such as self-assesment level, self-confidence, the ability to work in teams, etc.The project will be accompanied and confirmed by several important documents:- 30 ECVET certificates (The European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) - 30 Europass Mobility documents- 30 certificates issued by the host organization - 30 mobility preparation certificates - report prepared by the host organization- project summary brochureThe realization of the project will increase the ability of the partner organizations to operate at the international level. We are going to learn more about the European educational system so that we will be able to adjust our syllabuses and traineeships to the needs of our students. This project will boost our ability to organize and manage traineeships for our students. The qualification and expertise of our staff will grow significantly. Through the participation in the project both partners will increase their skills and knowledge of other cultures.
