The project will include students originating from less developed territories of Eastern Poland where the unemployment rate is higher than average. The project is in accordance with the school’s European Development Plan addressing its needs of: international dimension, tailoring practical vocational teaching – traineeships and apprenticeships – to match authentic requirements of the labour market as well as developing professional and foreign language competences of school staff. Each project participant will receive Europass Mobility and ECVET documents that describe in detail the professional and any additional benefits gained by every participant during a mobility. Participants will also receive a certificate of completion of the language-cultural preparation course. Students-trainees will be issued a certificate confirming serving a traineeship abroad. Finally, the project propagates the ideas of tolerance, cultural diversity and European awareness. These values are especially important for the school’s community seeing that school continues its long-lasting tradition of having students from Ukraine.
