The main objective of the project "Internship for the beginning II" is to enable students of mechanical secondary schools trained to become aviation technicians and avionic technicians gather practical experience and increase of their professional skills by joining two week long workshop/internship in Seville (Spain). The proposed period of the workshop is from March 04th, 2017 till Sep. 30th, 2017. The project is responding towards professional needs of students in terms of increasing their practical experience in aircraft maintenance and improvement of language skills. The project applicant is looking forward to achieve specific objectives: improvement of the ability to cooperate within the teams, increase of self-empowerment; increase of capacity of the organization that applies for action on international level. Also as a important goals are recognized: strengthen of cooperation with foreign partners, improvement of image of vocational education and practical training and strengthen of the capacity of engaged organizations so that they are able to offer activities and programs for young people, which correspond to the labor market in Europe. The project will be implemented over a period between Nov. 01st 2016 and Feb. 28th, 2018.The project " Internship for the beginning II" is aimed for 60 students enrolled in the two schools; Vocational School Complex No. 1 named after Gen. Franciszek Kleeberg in Deblin, one of two schools: School named after Heroes of Narvik in Warsaw and Mechanical School Complex No. 1 named after Francis Siemiradzki in Bydgoszcz. All three are carring on training for aviation mechanic technician or avionics technician.For all who will join this project participation in the following activities is scheduled:1) preparation of educational, English and Spanish languages training and culture program implemented before leaving for an internship;2) a two-week internship carried out in the establishment providing education and training ADA-ITS Sevilla;3) training continued after their arrival to Spain, a cultural program, including voyage to different places important for Spanish culture and history as well participation in socio-cultural activities, led by the partner organization EuroMind;4) activities of dissemination of the project results conducted by EuroMind,5) dissemination of the project results curried on after their return to Poland. The program of the project will be implemented based on the current state of knowledge required in competitions aircraft mechanic and avionics, with particular emphasis on technical and technological innovations. During the project following results will be developed: video/photographic reports from the visit, that are to be displayed on Facebook; internal reports created by the intermediary organization, which summarizes students visits to Spain, and reports from the visit prepared by the participants.Participation in the project will enable participating students to gain experience in valuable maintenance activities within the international environment. This will improve their academic performance and will increase their chances for employment after graduation. Increased language skills will help them to improve assessment of their English/Spanish communication, and will facilitate their success in their efforts to get their first job. Foreign experience will affect their independence, allowing them better friendship one each an other, easier and improved networking, and improve the ability of their team work skills. The project will play significant role in the internationalization of all applicants and partnering organizations. It will allow them exchange of good practice between the parties, the development of a network of contacts and cooperation. Participation in the project and possibility to use its results will generate within schools and participants image of the leader of the consortium, as companies offering interesting solutions and work experience programs for youth. Keeping dissemination activities in schools, educational bodies interested in high school students and graduates, will focus their parents, teachers of vocational subjects, partner schools, vocational training centers, potential employers, aviation organizations, which are carried out teaching practice.Implementation of the project will also contribute in increasing interest between participants in mobility projects and will increase their awareness of Erasmus + program at the local and regional level. In the long term perspective, project will help to improve the employment situation of the young people, specially graduates of technical schools at the labor market. As a consequence market will reduce unemployment in the aviation sector and will strength cooperation between the organizations engaged in this project. This will be resulting in increase of further mobility.
