Scoala Profesionala Speciala Craiova is a young school , included in the special education system, which is training inmates between the ages of 15 and 21. They are in custody of Detention Center-Juvenile Prison Craiova. The school has three levels of education (primary -5 classes , gymnasium - 7 classes , secondary and technological -5 classes). The teaching staff, composed of young teachers , trying to recover the students for social reintegration after release and further studies. To educate the management team the aims are to acquire skills addressing institutional and human resource management (methods and techniques, tools , communication skills and leadership) . To improve education quality system implemented at the school level is aimed the development of institutional self-assessment skills in accordance with European standards and quality systems recognized at European level . As identified in the organization the need to have a comprehensive and organized database, easy to access for reporting and transparency for beneficiaries of education , teachers will develop digital skills in order to create database, virtual portfolios of work departments and teachers . In addition to the skills and competencies targeted directly, participants will improve their language skills, interpersonal abilities and intercultural communication . The project aims to implement 16 mobilities. The target group of mobilities consists in: manager, the Board Council, responsible for the department and working committees within institution , teachers / auxiliary teaching staff of various specialties with duties to perform database, portfolios, reports, etc. . Main activities planned for the proper development of the proposed project are : information and promotion, project management activities , the participation in mobility activities, reporting , dissemination activities, monitoring activities and activities to assess the level to achieve the objectives, impact and expected results . In the training activities the participants will develop professional skills related to institutional management and quality assurance of education offered. Participants will have the opportunity to develop teamwork skills and the communication and social skills, to improve oral and written communication skills in foreign languages. Participation in international training will increase the quality of education in schools and will promote a positive image of institution. Acquired knowledge , skills and abilities will be used directly for the development of institutional management and human resource management, leading to collective cohesion, reducing conflicts. For other teachers in the school will be an opportunity to collaborate with other partners, to benefit from all materials provided by the organizers and virtual information provided by trainers and participants and to be involved in training or other activities supported by the Erasmus+ or eTwinning partnerships. Indirect beneficiaries of education will receive information transparency , speed of reporting and accessibility of data. Skills and experience regarding effective approaches of institutional management, institutional self-evaluation and digital competencies will be found in the following strategic action for institutional development : - Human resource development - Development of organizational culture through intra-institutional collaboration - Increasing the quantity, quality and diversification of institutional partnerships - Encouraging collaboration and cooperation between institutions - Periodic review of the school's action plan and implementation of operational plans depending on annual improvement plan developed by the CEAC after institutional self-assesement - Obtaining temporary authorization for new qualifications - Transparency of the institution activities and its promotion by performing database of institution on ARACIP's dedicated website and a thorough and comprehensive reporting to proper authorities - Development of human and material resources by creating easily accessible database , a virtual portfolios of committees and teachers . Language and intercultural communication skills and interpersonal skills will be used in developing the European dimension of the institution through international projects .
