Project title: traineeship in Ireland in the areas of personal services (Technical A-level: Services To The People and Territories and Training Certificate: Services To The People and Sale in Rural Region in one hand and in the equestrian field - Training Certificate Horses lads - in another part. Our technical high school is located in a rural area in the east of France. It has 150 learners (initial training) and 41 (in-service training) and 35 staff members. International cooperation is an integral part of the mission of Catholic education in France and is therefore integrated in our school project. In international cooperation, our establishment has allowed students to perform educational and cultural stays in many European countries. Faced with a growing desire from students and their representatives on the one hand and a European reality that requires more and more mobility on the other hand, 24 students in their last year of technical high school diploma related to Services to The People and Territories were able to perform a professional internship during two weeks in the Croatian city of Pula last year. This mobility has highlighted a desire for students to open up to the outside and showed a positive staff involvement. These realities after team talks, made emerge a desire to allow all our learners (from both Training Certificate and Technical High School classes) of such an experience. Thus, our team chose to set up a mobility project in Ireland, a country in which we already had contacts through our English teachers and a country where the horse world is blooming. Erasmus + file had been submitted in March 2015 but had not been validated. However, the specific comments of the assessment of this file allowed us to move forward and convinced ourselves that we could take advantage of this device leading a team thinking and thus involve all staff. The project aims :- Give an equal opportunity to all regardless of geographical, social and socio-professional origins- Open the students and staff on Europe- Restore the confidence of the students, sometimes early school leavers- Federate the staff around a common project and thus restore a pulse- Strengthen linguistic skills: use of English in situations of everyday life and professional life- Take part in financing activities: actions led by both students and staff- Prepare a stay and organize its valorization in a student personal partnership- Develop their professional skills and exchange some of them- Develop and strengthen pupils and staff capabilities in the field of information and communication technology- Learn to take stock of action and consider to evolve. The participants :- High School staff- The intermediate body Equipeople- Irish professional organizations- 3 students in the Technical Certificate related to Services to People and Sale in a Rural Region- 7 students in the Technical Certificate related to Horses Care- 11 students of Technical High School Diploma All of them very much motivated by such a projectMembership in Erasmus+ Education and Vocational Training 2014-2020 aims to consolidate our mission of international cooperation and enables learners to have a maximum chance of success in the exam, tracking studies and penetrating of the European labor market. This internship abroad will lead to the realization of several documents in the context of various training modules.
