Out of previous positive experiences by individual project group members with Commenius trainings in recent years, we decided to use the Erasmus + program - Key Action 1 as the framework for our 12 month project "Strengthening the team and profile of our School". The title of our school development project already gives information about the two main objectives of our work in both the selected project team of 4 teachers as well as with the entire school staff. In the monthly staff meetings the project team reported regularly on their state of work. Following the different mobility activities - "Teamwork as a Means for Enhancing Productivity", "Outdoor Teaching", "Assessment for learning Creative and various assessment methods for education in the 21st century" - we provided the entire school staff with the information, techniques and methods learned and experienced in the form of an in-school training, focussing on the practical parts. Four teachers have found together to work in the project team, that particularly actively participated and will participate in the development of our school - noteworthy are their various prior experience and knowledge out of different Backgrounds, working in diverse fields and professions, before. These skills were well included in the project work - and already improved our school to be a more encompassing place. One of the main goals of our project was to keep up the motivation to improve our school and also the teaching and learning methods used. On this basis, we expected specific practical improvements and further development of our competences in the areas involved by the mobility activities, what worked out well. The improvements led us to become a more structured and productive team grown together and also enriched our school profile in the direction of alternative teaching, learning and assessment methods.
