The overall objective is to empower mutual understanding and breaking down mental barriers in the Program area through the universal language of dance and ballet, which does not need translation. Through this field the project aims to develop common cultural and art-educational sector; to enhance mutual awareness and interest in the neighboring culture and contemporary achievements across the border; to enhance and increase people-to-people cross-border social communication; to impact in the world-wide promotion of the Program area by involving world ballet stars in the festival activities and to enhance new generation of ballet stars, promoting future in their countries.
