We have provided a framework for a healthy lifestyle to young people. We showed them how important and what are the benefits of participation in outdoor sports activities. With this project we emphasized communication and cooperation of young people, who have shown motivation in participation on exchange in their home countries. We have combined practical activities and the participants actively engaged in learning basics of baseball, rugby, paintball, softball, trekking and capoeira. In addition to participation in sports activities, participants actively participated in the preparation and implementation of activities, and have learned about teamwork, and their personal development. As part of the project, participants were looking, searching and exploring for differences in each other's cultures and traditions. Problems of young people and their differences between partipating countries were also part of the project. This action enabled us to exchange knowledge but also resulted in the creation of new friendships, that are lasting still. Participants self-esteem was being built during and after the project. They have realized the importance of supporting the creativity of individuals and how important it is for the group. Most important of all is that they have realized the importance of differences between cultures and their values.
