Our project "Sport knows no boundaries - summer camp for integration and against exclusion" takes place in June 2016. 60 young people aged 13 years from Poland, France, Romania and Germany take part .The young people are supported during their first intercultural experience through experiential learning offers and the sport is to come into contact with each other. The success of the activities is made possible by working together. Social, personal and intercultural skills of young people to be strengthened thereby. In addition, is on the perception of one's body and a healthy lifestyle with great interest.A big attention is given the project on the theme of "integration". The young people deal with this subject, carry along, what it means, why is it necessary, what young people can do themselves to facilitate (foreign) this fellow. Here, the sport plays an important role as a community composed by him, can be set up on which closer relations. The problem of "exclusion" is also to be considered in more detail. Through role playing integration and exclusion are to be brought to life.At the present time you meet regularly with people of other nationality, skin color or culture. Also in your own culture people are very different in their characteristics. The project should show the youth that (cultural) diversity is something positive. Together they collect "properties" of their countries and cultures, they compare them and will find similarities and differences. By the approach of the sport, the young people will find that they have more in common with the young people from the other countries, as they may have accepted in advance.By visiting a cooperating school the youngsters gain an insight into the life and the daily lives of young Germans. The integration issue is this tested "in practice" and elaborated.In this connection, important values such as fairness, respect and tolerance are considered and as they are transferable to dealing with other cultures in everyday life. . The kids are already familiar with this values, because in sports they are very important. Common interests will help to pave the way for the joint achievement of objectives and to provide a starting point for getting to know. Intercultural games are offered to be solved in country-mixed teams. For achieving the objects a close, trusting cooperation between the team members is necessary.The mixture of activities from sports and guided intercultural exercises intended to encourage young people to actively participate and encourage them to grapple with cultural frequent case.
