There were eight participants from four organizations: Vicolocorto in Italy, Proyecto Kieu in Spain, foundation "Pievienota Vertiba" Latvia, and Richter in Netherlands involved. Main objectives of the Feasibility visit were: find out learning needs and needs according to Strategic partnership project within Erasmus + of involved partner organizations by sharing experiences and resources working towards social interaction in communities; strengthen partnership among organizations involved and develop network, which is active in youth work practice; develop concrete steps for future partnership. It was implemented based on active participation and self- directed learning of participants, using non-formal learning approaches and methods. After Feasibility visit among participants there is better awareness and understanding of social interaction as facilitated process, which provides learning and growth for youth and is important value within youth work field. Participants got more concrete ideas, how it can be implemented into daily youth work, also learned more about different youth work realities in other EU countries, in terms of regulations, opportunities, support system for ngo's etc. Through participating in project "Speak out to turn the Universe" organizations have established and strengthen new partnerships, have came out with cooperation plan to implement different projects within "Erasmus+: youth in action" KA1 keeping focus on social interaction as facilitated process. It would be the base for possible Strategic Partnership project in the future as this was first time for organisations cooperating together and it seemed important to take smaller steps, before going together for long-term partnership.
