Our institution "CIFP Hostelería y Turismo de Cartagena." promotes the current projects addressed to our students of: "Gastronomy and Cooking", "Pastry and Bakery" and "Restaurant Service" vocational studies. Our students would do their formal training period abroad in a subsidiary company. We have an updated quality agreement, as well as 10 years colaboration experience in the frame of Leonardo Da Vinci program. In the past, our students carried out a high-profesional training period together with a warm and friendly welcome. According to our profesional directions (based on profesional excellence) both teachers and students assume the current project in terms of: team work, teaching-learner process improvement, and optimization of human-resources. Everything is controlled by our Quality System. There is a coordinator responsible for Erasmus+ program who works together with the head of Relation with companies Dpto. who manages the FCT (formal trainsheeps) and coordinates the head-teachers work. The objects of our project are: 1- To be an active part in the creation of a European society based on research, professional development and innovation. 2- To apply a European economic support for movilities. 3- To improve our students competences in foreing languages, and enrich their curriculum. 4- To contribute to a multicultural European society based on equal opportunities for everybody and avoiding any discrimination matter. 5- To encourage the exchange in formal training its objetives and innovations in the professional sector. ICT will be used to control the whole process. 6- To obtain synergies between the educational system and the profesional one, having in mind future transnational cooperative programs. 7- To apply the acquired knowledge in favour of the teaching -learning process both in schools and companies. The formal training will take place in France, cities of Metz, and Toulouse,at the Mercure Metz Centre Hotel, belonging to the Mercure chain hotels. The restaurant in Toulouse has been awarded a Michelin star.The number of learners will be 4. the training period experience, for the movilities will be : from April to June.
