We will try new instruments, improve our musical skills and our stage presence beside genderspecific expectations and gender roles. Moreover we want to discuss about women’s righs, reflect on genderspecific expectations and discrimination andempower and inspire each other to find possibilities to deal with it. The highlight of the youthmeeting will be the final show where all the results will be presented. We want to make signifant contributions in empowering girls to improve their self-esteem and their chances to implement their personal or job-related aims. Moreover we want to imlement the contents we worked on in the participating organisations, learn from each other and improve our skills as participants, facilitators and organisations.
