The inclusive education can be arranged in many ways,but finally the team of teachers will have to face up the growing diversity of needs among of students in their school.Setting ourselves up as advisors,consultants,thanks to the Project we are able to contribute to the knowledge transfer and experiences exchange through the base of international contacts,and thereby strengthen the potential of local schools to satisfy various concerns.The ProjectSOSW in Sieradz as a training and consulting centre about inclusive education,benefiting from the European experienceresponse to the need of SOSW employees' in Sieradz,who expressed in conducted surveys and interviews their desire to improve their qualifications and fulfil current education needs through undergoing abroad mobility.Project is consistent with Facility's European Development Plan,which assumes improving quality of the facility's functioning through employee participation in various forms of abroad improvement,in order to deepen the knowledge about pedagogical work,education management based on the experiences,good practices of other European countries.The project assumes undergoing 6types of courses,1mobility type of “job shadowing” from the scope of inclusive education as the examples of "one track"countries.In support of the project is developing"models"including the description of best practices,planning process,implementing changes predated with a recognition and verification of resources needed for the inclusive education development,which is illustrated in Europe to develop the"profile"of European teacher of inclusive education and create educational and advisory centre at the facility.Another goal is to equip teaching staff SOSW in Sieradz with the knowledge and skills,which will enable them to meet the new education challenges at the European level and changing demands in the labor market,get professionalism in educating people with special educational needs,equip staff with the new experiences gained within the European institutions and apply best European teaching practice in Polish school.As the project's result would be also the growth of personal development,language skills,intercultural competence among the participants.Participants will take part in the English language preparation adjusted to the linguistic level,needs of participants,there will be also cultural courses,pedagogical preparation of participants for the school's departure to another European country.They will learn about the culture,traditions,cuisine,places touristically worth to see,attractions and additionally will familiarize with the education system of the country;preparation from the scope of interpersonal communication,assertiveness,creative thinking,taking action,interpersonal training,development of procedures in crisis situations.In the specialized courses/trainings,job shadowing in Portugal,Spain,Greece,Norway,Italy,Sweden,Cyprus,will participate 6employees of the Facility according to the results of recruitment and personal needs.The project envisages making totally 42 mobilities for staff of SOSW in Sieradz within 01.06.16-31.05.18In the course of duration of trainings,participants will learn principles of including pupils with special educational needs to the mainstream education system,explore new innovative methods,techniques of working with children with disabilities and confront their knowledge and skills with the experiences of colleagues from other countries.Common conclusions will be included to the programs,work schedules of SOSW,will become the cornerstone of staff for the incoming years.To achieve this goal,there will take place an observation of classes conducted with pupils having SEN in Portuguese school and thanks to that both partners will exchange their experience between each other and evaluate common conclusions.Participation in the management staff courses would increase professional qualifications,which would directly translate into improvement of management,work organisation of our facility in terms of newly implemented system solutions.All developed materials:coverages,reports,scripts,questionnaires,interviews,products,photos,videos,applications,teaching materials,presentations,models,strategies,profile,evaluation will be available in the educational-advisory centre,after completion of the Project-in library,and also electronically–on the project's website,social media pages,e-twinning for all interested.The publication containing all the results,project's products will be disseminated during meetings,conferences with other teachers of SOSW,employees,teachers,parents from schools of Sieradz's district local area and with local community.Acquired experience will form the basis of improvement of people,potentially interested in the subject and developed professional contacts will contribute to deep cooperation not only at European professional area,but also during implementation of the further projects under the Erasmus + program
