The Ies San Juan de la Rambla years promoting European mobility of students and teachers, both to acquire personal and professional skills , as well as a way to participate and cooperate in the cultural, social , economic and business development locality and region . Taking into account , typical of a depressed rural area , socio- economic and cultural characteristics of the environment the center stands as an opportunity for quality training and professional development of their young and as an alternative to European dimensions of isolation that many times are forced . In this context the Ies San Juan de la Rambla promotes Erasmus + project " We are Europeans and we move into our space," through which it provides an opportunity for 16 students in vocational training, for two years, for the period of work experience in Italy or the UK , thereby improving their professional skills and personal experience. Also involved in the project six teachers who can innovate and absorb other methodologies and tools to enhance the development of their professional skills and to actively and visibly result in the daily process of teaching and learning center . Two types of activities will be undertaken : . 1 - Student mobility for placements : 16 students ( 8 students during the course of 2014/2015 and 8 during the course 2015/2016 ) will be selected according to the criteria established for public participation in the project. These students belong to the second course of vocational training center " microcomputer systems and networks " and " Forestry work and environmental conservation ." Through this project may make their training in workplaces in Italy and the UK with the subsidy provided by the program Erasmus + . This grant will cover travel, accommodation and meals . Since the beginning of the corresponding course training plans for each participant according to quality commitments with host companies and with the participation of an intermediary organization ( Tourism System for Vision Training in Italy and the UK case ) be agreed . Both organizations have a proven experience in European mobility projects for youth training and internships in companies. . 2 - Staff mobility for training 6 teachers of vocational training center will be selected for the observation of the practices and procedures carried out in Italy and the UK both professionally and educationally . This European vision of these processes may improve , internationalize and provide higher quality practices and methodologies currently being carried out at our center. The project will be developed in the following phases : - Dissemination, information and outreach to publicize the project objectives . - Preparatory Phase of the participants. - Phase management practices provisions of the project. - Phase flow mobilities. - Phase assessment results and resulting impact . - Phase dissemination of results . As a summary, the expected results and impact are : increased competitiveness of the participants, improvement in test scores and in graduation rate , improvement of the curricula of the participants , increased quality of training at the center, improving the center of the projected abroad, increasing the chances of entering the labor market of our youth, improving language skills, greater social cohesion, promoting entrepreneurship , improving the teaching -learning process image . With regard to our local environment, companies see their business projects enriched contribution with these future professionals who are our students can bring their vision after European dimension. Furthermore the project is expected to help offset the impact of the crisis on the most vulnerable , supporting one hand , equal opportunities , and on the other , favoring short-term employment in the surrounding municipalities and plans enhancing employability and encouraging local recruitment companies, both in the field of new technologies such as the environment and conservation of natural areas of the island.
