"SoLeader" (sic) embodies the implication of the French Federation for sport and culture to continue its mission supporting younger ones in their associative and civic commitment. This engagement is aimed at leading them to become potential or actual actors of the social life."SoLeader" (sic) also allows the FSCF to focus more on its will to help young adults to take part in the society and to have access to education. This will help them to get in touch with those who play a central role in the public and private sector.From the 27th of August until the 3rd of September, around thirty teenagers from all over France, mainly adherents of our federation, will spend a week in Bénodet. They will be lodged and fed. During the week the teenagers will have the occasion to wonder about their lives, to talk to each other and debate on various values such as solidarity, youth, insertion, integration. This is aimed at encouraging and facilitating the fact of living together not only next to each other. These exchanges may lead to think and build new individual or collective projects. A lot of people from different horizons will speak. Participants such as popular education associative experts, company managers, people working in the public sector and city councillors working on youth, sports and cultural matters. They will encourage them to participate actively and be real actors in making decisions (towards public or associative structures).They will have to choose subjects they will work on in groups. They will also contribute to elaborate the second part of the project during the following months. They will exchange views with other young people from their own respective cities.The aim of those meetings is to create a time of reflexion based on given themes, to question themselves on their engagement in having an active role in the construction of a more supporting and inclusive society. For example, different groups could work on youth oriented sport politics during 2017 presidential campaign. Our ambition is to elaborate a declaration to promote sports for everyone, looking for social inclusion, people well being and eco-citizenship to counterbalance actual politics based on performance and high-level sports.Our ambition is to transfer FSCF declarations, which represent our federation (popular education movement) through communication tools: blog, press releases and web site, to reflect the different axes and direct future politics.In parallel, we would also like those participants to integrate our youth group named IDA (dynamic initiative of future), in order to promote projects and give guidelines to develop our federation. They would also take responsibilities in our popular youth and education structures where our federation is represented.
