Stepping up schooling efforts for disadvantaged youths : Too many disadvantaged inner-city youngsters fail to complete further education. This project seeks to provide opportunities for struggling young people to avoid social exclusion and increase their chances on the job market. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
