The experience "Champions Factory" Sports Club indicates that the need for specialists in this field is essential , as it requires information on ways for integrating these social groups. We believe that the implementation of such a project will have a positive impact on our work at national level and will affect the participants and their organizations at European and cross-border level. Learning objectives and expected results are: - To increase the knowledge and acquire new experience of using sport as a tool for social inclusion of minority groups such as people with fewer opportunities, refugees, Roma communities, children deprived of parental care; - To promote personal, social and professional development of the participants in work activities ; - To clarify the challenges that sport is facing as a tool for integration in terms of content and methodology, as a non-formal educational tool. - To clarify the potential of sport as a tool for bringing together people, regardless of age, gender, origin, financial status, etc. - To facilitate the integration of risk groups in society to promote mutual understanding and intercultural dialogue. - To establish a network of experts (youth leaders, social workers and teachers) who work with people from the vulnerable groups mentioned above. - Establish a database of useful tools of learning outcomes that will be available for future use by participants and their organizations; moreover the outcomes and database will be posted on the website of the Sports Club "Champions Factory"(http://championsfactory.bg/), as well as on the FB page (https://www.facebook.com/ChampionsFactory?fref=ts) which will be available for free downloading. - To establish a long-term partnership within the Erasmus+ program - To encourage the development of further ERASMUS+ projects related to social inclusion of people with fewer opportunities.
