Labor market caused by the rapid progress of science and technology where appropriate professional choice has a large impact on personal successfully socialisation. Preparation for a professional career in vocational training establishment, therefore has a special role to play - helping to harmonize professional wishes, aspirations and opportunities and train the constantly changing it to adapt to the society of social and economic needs.The theme of this project includes students with special educational needs. Students with special educational needs in learning depends to a large extent on how they have been taken school. Positive results can only access the school, which is positively disposed toward such students. Different surveys, research aid, found that vocational school teachers lack knowledge necessary to work with special needs students.Topics such kind of project is relevant to all schools in the partner countries. Cannot give that professional school this problems, they are interested in. Schools employs social pedagogues, who analyze and helps teachers, parents understand and comply with the students, SUP needs, socio-educational needs. Education provision of aid and safe and upbringing of the child environments, schools organise and coordinate the formal, granted by an order of the director of the Child Welfare Commission, which deal with the problems of lifelong learning peculiarities, SUP, results and proposals. But this is not enough. We can see that in general education schools SUP gives greater attention and suddenly come to vocational training institutions, these students facing difficulties. Difficulties are and pedagogues, who have too little practical knowledge of how to work with these students to achieve maximum results with their professional preparation of the future.This has created and the idea of the project "Social integration in vocational education context of the European Union". The aim of the project - to find out teaching methods, which would help to organise more smoothly practical skills in class work in such a way that each students can work in accordance with their capabilities and promote educate thinking and individulis capacity. Monitoring the work of all the colleagues, teachers will have a possibility to get acquainted with the working practices that help to create positive learning environment professional workwear needs for students to find new teachers recommendations how to nurture SUP apprentices, adapting education under learning disorders.Visits of the country, the participants will raise qualification as well as to get acquainted with works of students with special educational needs in education quality indicators, socialisation programs and draw up proposals - how and what kind of education system to apply the methods and techniques, dealing with the special needs of students, containing recommendations for specialists, partner countries on the basis of experience.The result of a project is an incentive for creating positive, "host" environment, to ensure proper wellbeing of students through various small things: school holidays, teachers interviews with these students during breaks, vocational training leading to a class, workshops. Collected during the project recommendations will help and other teachers improve teaching methods that work with SUP would be beneficial and authorising positive results. Students are capable of training for a profession fundamentals and successfully in society. It is therefore very important to know how to meet the special education needs, as "bypass" difficulties how to provide the student with an opportunity to feel success and have founded socialisation, in order to successfully integrate into the labor market and its but meanwhile.In the project will take part - 18 participants (vocational training specialists). Working visits monitoring scheduled 3 countries: Germany, Spain and France.
