„Social portrait of young person for international labour market“ is a project for 45 youth from 3 Programme countries. Multicultural competencies and workers’ skills are becoming more and more important in the global labor context. Youth willing to work in international companies should know how to plan their career in international market and have the ability to create young person’s Social portrait suitable for labor market. The aim of this project is to increase young people’s communication to create Social portrait of young person, planning career in international market. This project will help to understand how to work in multinational company and will lead to greater self-awareness in career planning. The objectives of the project focused on our participants are:1. Improve the entrepreneurs skills of young people as well as to promote participation in the EU labour market. 2. To strengthen links between the youth field and the labour market;3. Improve international communication skills using the newly acquired tools both during and after the training course itself.4. Increase learning mobility opportunities for young people.5. Develop their pro-active and participative learning based on a needs-based approach.6. Promote cooperation between different youth organizations - project partners.7. Gain knowledge from various areas experts for young man social portrait conclusion.The project's main activity is a Training Course for youth which will take place on 10-16 of October, 2016 in Klaipeda. During the training course youth will share between and learn from each other their knowledge and skills in career planning and develop their creativity to making Social portrait of young person, planning career in international market.During the project, participants will create joint International young person Social portrait. This profile will consist of 5 main parts: Life Long Learning; Requirements and Needs of Labor Market; Different Situations in Labor Market; Cultural surroundings; Working culture. In the process of creating portrait the participants will take into consideration Partners countries labor market needs and cultural differences. At the end of the project the profile will be used in all countries amongst youth thinking about career in international companies. Project participants are students from different countries who have entered the labor market or not for much longer pass through the door and come on your career path. The main feature of participants is similar set of interests related to the functioning of the labor market and on it in different industries.
