Start date: Apr 20, 2015, End date: Oct 19, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

"Smiling Europe"; is a Partnership Building project. It has been meant to foster work and cooperatation in youth field, to be smart and innovative and to give our contribute towards European growth and social cohesion. We have thought that, by sharing experiences and good practices and thanks to the help of professional trainers, we can reach the objective of improving our competences and the quality of job as well as promoting the job carried out by youth workers. The project has also been thought to strenghten our network of organisations and build up new partnerships for further projects within the framework of Erasmus+ programme. The Countries taking part to the project are 6: Italy, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Hungary. Each partner selected 4 participants (for a total of 26 participants). Participants were youth workers, the selection procedure assessed their motivation and ased them to describe non formal education method or a good practice from their organization about European Awarenes and social inclusion. Finally, we involved also the local community with the open event named "barcamp" in order to increase the interest towards youth related iusses and social inclusion. "Smiling Europe" least for 6 months and it is sub-divided into 4 macro phases where both partners and participants were activily involved. 1. Preparation: all the organisational issues related to inner management were discussed, such as preparing Partnership Agreements (establishing the specific roles each organisation will have within the project), we created an info pack about methodologies and the Learning Agreements with the application form to participate. We bought travel tickets, managed logistic issues related to the structure participants will be hosted by taking into account their needs (eg food allergies). All these kind of communication was done on-line by using different communication channels. 2.
