SME's Training Plans
ETPs for SMEs : A web-based tool has been created which allows SMEs to set out training strategies encompassing both younger and more experienced workers. The project website also supplies educational aids and information exchange possibilites for training and work organisations. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
