SISINE – Sistema Integrato di Simulazione per la Negoziazione

The project will develop innovative training practices aimed at improving negotiation skills and intercultural awareness of front office staff , of professionals and employees in contact with the public, of workers of the call centres, of trainers and teachers. A further target groups are the VET institutions, who can include training for negotiation in their formative offer for a wider audience, while until now that kind of training has been devoted to the marketing and commercial departments people only . The project will implement a blended training, i.e. a classroom training, paralleled by e.learning based self-study, where the e.learning sessions will make intensive use of a new virtual environment focused on simulations and games. -- OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES: The objective: widening, updating and improving the training for negotiation, looking at a new audience of potential users, whose professional activity implies external relations. The activities: preliminary studies on the methodology and the tools for training to negotiation through simulations and games, the pilot workshops, to be held in Italy, Slovakia and Poland, with a duration of 3 months plus 3 months each, and the expected attendance of 150 persons in total. -- RESULTS AND PRODUCTS: The expected outcomes: 3 pilot studies based on the afore-mentioned workshops and dealing respectively with “commercial negotiation for SMEs”, “negotiation for Unions”, “intercultural negotiation”. The expected products (1) a training kit, (2) a trainer’s handbook describing the teaching methodologies and possible appliances, (3) a user’s guide for the learners. POTENTIEL FUTUR (SECTEUR PROFESSIONNEL, NIVEAU GEOGRAPHIQUE). With proper adaptations, the project could address also young people in search for a job
