The project aimed at establishing two public cultural-recreational parks equipped with stages (platforms) and spectator areas, which were used for numerous cultural events, organised on both sides of the border: in Sintautai (Šakiai Municipality, Lithuania) and Grabowo (Goldapski Poviat, Poland). Achievements: The 1st stage of the whole project consisted of the following steps: the formation and registration of the land plots, the elaboration of the feasibility studies proposing best alternatives to establishing the cultural-recreational parks, the preparation of technical design documentation (including cross-border sharing technical and design solutions) and helding the public hearings on technical documentation. Numerous cultural events were organised on both sides of the border.
