The main activity of the project Come, Play and Create will be held on 21-28 April 2016, in Ustron, in Poland. In the mobility will take part 21 workers / youth leaders from ten countriesfrom across whole Europe, supported by three persons creating organizational/training team. During the training, they will be introduced to the concept of working with young people through the use of simulation games in the context of non-formal education. The main stage of the project will be the creation of new simulations. This will form the expected product of the project: a minimum of three new simulation games.The main objectives of the training are:- Creative solutions to make people aware of many tasks and problems and strengthening creative thinking- The implementation of innovative and creative methods associated with educating the youth and their activation- Awareness of importance of active participation in local and global environment, as a tool for social impact.- The use of past experience in a new environment and strengthen their skills (and the key competences) through conducted workshops.- Responsible use of new media and IT tools for working with young people and the development of ideas and concepts.During the project will be used methods and tools based on non-formal education:- Presentations- Brainstorming- Simulation games- The use of drama- Building groups and group work- YouthpassAfter the training, participants will take the results to their organizations and will use them based on the three-month implementation plan. Then will report those activities and achievements which may help to strengthen the partnership a to build a new, stable and proven partnership in the long time perspective, which is able to bear the responsibility, which is to extend the idea of the use and application of simulation games as a strategic partnership in the youth sector Erasmus +.
