the main objective of this project is to increase youth participation in EuropeánŕVoluntary Service with Asia-Europe dimension which will serve as an entry point to address global environment challenge, climate change, poverty alleviation, and marginalization. Furthermore; by sharing best practices, strengthening their capacity on volunteer management, networking, stronger bonds among organizations will be developed. The project activities are divided into 5 phases:Networking Seminar "Impact of EVS on sustainable development" will be implemented in Hanoi, VietnamJob Shadowing - will be implemented ih all participating countriesTraining Course on Volunteer Management and Global Education - will be implemented in Lorca, SpainLocal Events for Youth - will be implemented in all participating countriesOnline PhaseThese activities/projects will be implemented where partners operate. Targeting young people in the community as the main participants, while secondary participants are those who will be involved directly or indirectly during the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the entire project cycle.This project is unique because it includes 4 partners in Asia (China, India, Philippines and Vietnam) and 4 partners in Europe ( Spain, Poland, Lithuania, and Greece) working together to contribute to the permanent and annual priorities of EU Youth in action programme namely:Permanent Priorities: Participation of Young people Cultural Diversity European CitizenshipAnnual Priorities:EU-China Year of YouthEuropean Year of VolunteeringFight against poverty and marginalization;Global environmental challenges and climate change.This project is expected to produce 16 youth workers, trainers and volunteer managers, 8 organizations working closely on specific volunteer projects/activities and approximately 4OO community members who will benefit from the projects implemented in the local level in Asia and Europe partner countries. The project also envisages sustaining its work through the maintenance of the online portal which will facilitate continuous communications among partners and develop further cooperation.The project will develop a clear communication plan which will optimize social marketing strategies and tools like facebook, twitter, websites and blogs to communicate the projects to greater audience. All training modules which will be developed as an output of this project will be translated into various languages such as Chinese and Spanish through its volunteer translators to bridge the communication divide
