The project will contribute to a harmonization of legal requirements and acoustic classification criteria for buildings, which are currently quite different in the two countries (SE and DK) and therefore set barriers for the trans-frontier collaboration and trade. It aims create a more sustainable environment by reducing noise and vibrations in buildings and dwellings. Expected Results: The overall objective of this project is to create a high competence center dealing with noise and vibration in buildings and dwellings. During the project period, a network with actors from the construcition industry has been initiated. The project has also led to a number of research collaborations, which resulted in a number of articles, surveys and reports.
