Project title: Proper job-orientation + excellent practical placement = satisfied enterprisesIn the framework of our project we intends to completely take advantages of the ERASMUS+ programme, because as a result of the conversion of the Hungarian Vocational Education system, legal tasks of regional commercial chambers expanded, and become more diversified and stratified. Decade-old structural problem on the labour market is that the unemployment and the skilled labour shortage are presenting simultaneously. Besides that there is an internal imbalance in the mid-level education. There are not enough skilled professional in particular professions, which is one of the obstacles of economic development. Number of pupils, who chose vocational education at the end of basic education, was dropped drastically. Implementation of the project will develop main competences of experts who are working in job-orientation, resulting more effective job-orientation activity which takes the pupils’ skills and abilities into consideration. Associated with an excellent practical placement, the result is skilled pupils with competitive knowledge. Thereby after completing the vocational school school-leavers could start valuable work on workplaces earlier, resulting satisfied enterprises. Motivated and well-skilled pupils are competitive both as employees and as entrepreneurs thereby export potential in the region will grow, resulting economic growth and social catch-upIn order to reach the proper project impact we aimed, we defined not only a general project objective but a separate part-objective for every single partner as a result of surveying the needs and unsolved problems.The twenty years’ experience of Ac Traducores helps us to expand the two-way information flow between vocational education and labour market and thereby developing the proactive change management.The Icelandic Borgarholtsskóli as partner is essential for our project, because the institution operates efficiently in an economic and legal environment similar to Hungarian conditions. The assigned objective to this partner is that the participants acquire new methods and attitude in motivating pupils to become skilled workforce with competitive knowledge, or independent entrepreneurs. By sharing their experience via the chamber network and the partners’ own channels experts could make suggestions to make job orientation more effective, which motivates pupils to learn foreign language and the theoretical and practical knowledge of the chosen profession, thereby enforcing a successful economy.The Eberhard-Schöck-Stiftung (ESST), operates in Land Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It bases and equips practical placement workshops where they offer the latest vocational practice training, especially in building industry professions. Staff members could gain experience about practice oriented vocational education resulting successful economic operation. Additional well implementable experience could be gained on the career fair event and by consultation with Hungarian delegates of DG Employment, Social Affairs & Inclusion Committee of the European Commission.The importance of Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern partner arises from their broad experience in conduction of ‘workshops above factories’. We examine the opportunity of formatting workshops supported by chambers in Hungary as our experienced partner does for a long time in Germany. We examine what are the well-implementable special tasks which could not be learnt sufficiently in live factory conditions, or the proper learning could need tying employers’ significant and high value resources. The number of beneficiaries is 64, which includes the project team assembled from the delegates of cooperating organizations.The beneficiaries are chosen by a strict criteria and are professionals in vocational education who actively participates in vocational training organization, vocational training leadership, sustenance, supervision, and practical education. The proper preparation, organization and implementation of mobilities is the responsibility of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Békés County as applying organisation - relying on support of partner organisations.Members of the project team will introduce the results of project and the closing study using public forums. Our further goal after examining particular fields of vocational education is to make a publication, which could be issued by using the national level chamber network, like other project outcomes.
