The project is prepared for 12 students of Secondary vocational schol of agriculture and services in the village. Students are interested in new knowledge in their fields. Target group of this project are cook and gardener.The main aim is: professional participation in the partner institutions and specific objectives of the project are: to get new experience and skills in the field who study, get to know new technology team building, cooperation, good communication and flexibility, improve core competencies and get different information from countries with diverse climatic conditions. Meet gastronomy and cultivation of subtropical greenery. Become familiar with the new technology, material and technical equipment and facilities operations. An important task is to make students understand how it can streamline the production process, what is the role of rationalization of the production process. Great emphasis is placed on creativity, assertiveness of individual. In the era of market economy, flexibility and flexibility reaction to the market needs are a prerequisite to be successful on the domestic and European markets and prosper in business. All knowledge that participants of mobility get will have a lasting impact for inclusion in employment for all participants of mobility. Within the personal development of the participants , everybody will have the opportunity to know the country, its monuments, history, culture, customs and traditions. Spaghetti, pasta and pizza are an essential part of the whole of Italy, but the Italian way of preparation, this is something else. Pizza is known all over the world, but quatro formaggi pizza is something that is a delicacy for almost all tourists and visitors to Sicily. Variability of preparation is a way to compete. It is very important to know and learn the typical dishes such as ravioli, ciabatta, cialmely, foccacia, Lassane, tortellini, pappardely, Pantone - a typical Christmas dessert, pastaraele- Sicilian cake with almonds, Toro, lemon bisque Spinnato, pecodino, supplements, etc. In the confectionery students can see new ingredients, without which the cakes are not Italian cakes .As part of the exchange of experiences Slovak students prepare typical Slovak specialties and offer them the service where they get practice. To know new ingredients is a way to diversify our kitchen and bring it to the taste of the Mediterranean. Sicily is an island washed by the sea on each side, the dominant food is concentrated on fish and seafood. Students learn to dissect, make portions and prepare seafood, either as an appetizer or as a main dish.Students of the branch of gardener is familiar with the cultivation of tropical fruit and cultivated in subtropical conditions. Students learn to grow citrus fruit in the orchard, with easy work in the cultivation of chilli, olive growing and cultivation of palm trees, fig trees, pomegranates.Participants get to know and learn about herbs: rosemary, basil, mint, fennel, oregano, as they thrive in sunny conditions. Students learn the correct choice of substrate for plants that need sand, clay or humus substrate. Learn the pH of the soil,to give the correct growth. The aim is to teach students how to cut, shape olive, pomegranate, and also palm trees that adorn the island. Gardeners should like to stay in the nature and respected environmental principles. Students should be able to handle related subjects.Students will understand how important it is to speak foreign language. Speak a foreign language is very important in finding a job in our country and especially abroad. A mobility will increase confidence through enhanced student experience, skills, creativity, assertiveness, teambuilding work, cooperation, English language improvement in technical language. Creativity will increase the potential to be better at school and ultimately in the European labor market. Confidence of participants of the project will increase through experience, skills, creativity, assertiveness, team building work that give the opportunity to be successful and achieve their goal. Another feature is flexibility that is often critical in achieving success.Some students are very skilled but they have lack practical experience . Just this mobility is a way to learn new skills abroad.The main goal is to be able to sell and encourage participants to lifelong education especially in those areas that are missing on the European labor market. Acquire new knowledge and later transform them in our country and abroad. Make more attractive vocational education and expand their experience.Impact: Participants will improve in their field, enrich their knowledge and skills. They become more independent and more prepared to practical life.
