This project we have given the name Show me the way ( Show me the way ) . Decided we so today because time is very difficult for young people , and economic conditions They are not favorable for them . With this project we want to show young people that we need to do to build positive . The main theme of unemployment . It's about high youth unemployment not only in Slovakia but also in the state of European countries . Youth exchanges involving young people from Poland , and Slovakia . Neither of these European countries do not have the right conditions to enable young people to enter the labor market without complications . The objectives of this project are clear: Increases the chances of success in the labor market - that young people had the opportunity to better enter the labor market , they need to improve their skills , acquire new knowledge and all they succeed because of our Youth Exchange .  Gain self-confidence and motivation towards employment : that young people give up so easily , and discourage at every single failure , we want to show them the way , that with all the will to fight and also gain self-confidence . The number of participants is 32 exchanges of young people , 16 and 16 from Slovakia from Poland . Both groups will have about the same number of boys and girls . Participants are high school students are the most recent years , university students , and the largest proportion of those exchanges is unemployed . These are young people who are actively seeking employment , but unsuccessfully , and are unemployed for over two years . The main activities are : presentation , Energizer , training role-plays , presentations, role-plays , preparing questionnaires , day in school , the production of posters on the subject of the mini theater in the English language . Activities are used when working methods as lectures, workshops , group work , role play and others . Thanks to these methods , participants will have the opportunity to informally educate . From the Project Show me the way we expect great results because we believe that through the activities young people move to sell in this field , acquire new competencies ( skills and knowledge ) . 2 also receive new certificates and Youthpass and Europass that are in the area of ​​unemployment for young people of great benefit . We believe that participants will increase their chances in the labor market . Youth unemployment is a pan-European problem , and therefore not only our participants , but many other young people with whom we are regularly in contact .
