This mobility project in Manchester, in England concerns 15 pupils (15 grants)in their final year of VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA in trades and commerce. The training is distributed over two years , 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. It is a period of training in sales companies (common products) for 4 weeks and includes cultural and linguistic strengthening. The main activities of the pupils consists of occupying the role of the sales employee. We work on this project with the cooperation of an main partner whom we have worked for the past 4 years . The main partner is a facilitator to find the places of internship (training course) and the places of accommodation (hosting) thank to his network. We prepare our pupils for three years by giving them linguistic, and cultural knowledge. We also organize the logistics of their stay. We hope for positive impacts on each and every pupil. The contributions are professional, linguistic, cultural and personal. The pupils are future adults who need to build themselves and to find opportunities for their future (job, business). The short-term profits are the success on language examinations of their high school diploma and/or specific of European section where the pupils will have to use their linguistic experiences. They can also validate their experience in their CV for a job search or further studies. The long-term benefits are also important because the acquired experience during the mobility may be reinvested later on in their careers.
